I worked as a recruiter at ADP, Goldman Sachs, Kirkland & Ellis, Investopedia & The Daily Beast, one thing I learned what scrict hiring practices look like and how hiring managers make decisions. 

In 2017, I decided to take 10 years of recruiting experience, reverse engineer it and give back to the job seekers, this to me was way more fufilling.
