    Once we begin, you share your career information and target roles. I develop your resume, LinkedIn content and cover letter for your review, bringing your accomplishments and expertise into focus.

    Included in both packages at the start of your engagement.

    With your materials approved and search criteria established, I research relevant opportunities, submit applications and update your job search tracker so you can follow your progress.

    Managed Search targets 10 applications per week. Plus targets 20 and includes networking outreach and follow-ups. Volume depends on suitable openings.

Before starting Resumeology in 2017, I spent a decade recruiting for companies including Goldman Sachs, ADP and Investopedia.

I’ve been on the other side of the hiring process: reviewing resumes, speaking with candidates and working with hiring managers. I bring that perspective to how I position your experience and approach your search.

Since founding Resumeology, I’ve worked with more than 3,000 clients. I ask questions, uncover accomplishments and help professionals communicate what makes their experience valuable.

When we work together, I personally write your career materials and manage your search. You know who’s representing you and who to turn to with questions. No outsourcing, ever.

What’s the difference between the packages?

Both include your resume makeover, LinkedIn optimization, cover letter, targeted applications and a job search tracker. Managed Search targets 10 applications per week. Managed Search Plus targets 20 and adds networking outreach, follow-ups and two interview preparation sessions total during your engagement.

When does my search begin?

We begin by gathering your career information, establishing your target roles and developing your professional materials. Applications begin after your materials are approved and search criteria are established. We’ll discuss the expected launch date and when billing begins before you enroll.

How do you decide which jobs to apply to?

I use your experience, target titles, compensation expectations and location preferences to identify relevant opportunities. Before applications begin, we establish your search criteria and how approvals will be handled.

How will I keep track of my search?

Both packages include a job search tracker to keep your applications organized and give you visibility into your search. We’ll walk through how to use it when we get started.

What if there aren’t enough suitable openings?

Weekly application targets depend on suitable openings and timely receipt of any required information or approvals. I prioritize roles that fit your agreed criteria rather than submitting irrelevant applications just to reach a number.

What will I need to do?

You’ll provide accurate career information, review your professional materials, respond to questions and any required approvals, and handle conversations and interviews with employers. You make the final decisions about opportunities and offers.

Is interview preparation included?

Managed Search Plus includes two 45-minute interview preparation sessions total during your engagement. These sessions do not renew each month. Interview preparation is not included in Managed Search.

Do you charge a success fee?

No. Managed Search is $1,500 per month and Managed Search Plus is $2,500 per month. Neither package includes a success fee or a percentage of your salary.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. Both packages are offered month to month with no minimum commitment. You can choose whether to continue each month without committing to a multi-month program.

How do I cancel?

Contact me directly to request cancellation. We’ll review the cancellation process, notice requirements and payment terms before you enroll, and these details will be outlined in your service agreement.

Do you guarantee interviews or a job offer?

No. Employers make hiring decisions, and results depend on your experience, target roles and market conditions. The service provides professional branding and consistent search execution; it does not guarantee interviews, offers or a particular salary.
